SPEED ORION CUP

Eligibility

1. Riders must be 6 years or older. Riders under 18 require a signed parent/guardian consent, submitted separately at the venue.
2. A valid government photo ID and a valid riding license (where applicable) must be produced at the time of scrutiny/check-in.
3. Motofy Arena reserves the right to verify all rider and vehicle details before the race day.

Safety & Gear

1. Full-face helmet, riding jacket, gloves, boots and knee/elbow guards are mandatory for every rider on track. Riders without complete safety gear will not be allowed to race.
2. All vehicles are subject to a pre-race technical and safety inspection. Motofy Arena may reject any vehicle deemed unsafe.
3. Riders participate entirely at their own risk. Motofy Arena, its organisers, sponsors and venue partners are not liable for any injury, death, or damage to person or property arising from participation.
4. Riders must be medically fit to participate and are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical condition at registration.

Registration & Fees

1. Registration is confirmed only after successful submission of this form and receipt of the entry fee. Entry fees are ₹5,000 per Motocross category and ₹8,000 per Autocross category; the total for your selection is shown above the payment section. Pay by UPI before submitting this form and enter your payment UTR — a registration without a valid UTR will not be confirmed.
2. Entry fees, once paid, are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, including in case of rider withdrawal, no-show, or disqualification.
3. Motofy Arena reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel the event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, with no cash refund obligation beyond what is communicated at the time.

Class Selection

1. Each rider chooses the class or classes they wish to compete in, and that choice rests entirely with the rider. The organising committee will not move a rider to another class on the basis of experience, skill or past results, and objections raised by other riders or teams against a rider’s chosen class will not be entertained.
2. The rider’s machine must match the engine capacity of the class entered, and age-limited classes (such as Kids MX) remain subject to their age rules. Both are checked at technical inspection.

Rider Auction cum Sponsorship

1. Registration makes a rider eligible to be presented in the Rider Auction cum Sponsorship. It does not guarantee that the rider will be selected. Whether a rider is picked, and at what amount, depends entirely on the participating brands.
2. If no brand sponsors a rider, the rider’s entry remains valid and the rider competes in the championship independently, on their own account, under the same rules as every other rider.

Prize Money & Sponsorship Payouts

1. All cash prizes and all amounts arising from the Rider Auction cum Sponsorship are paid after deduction of applicable taxes (including TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961) and the event fund contribution. Total deductions may be up to, and will not exceed, 50% of the gross amount; the rider receives the net amount.
2. Payouts are made after the event to the rider’s own bank account, against a valid PAN and bank details. For riders under 18, payment is made to the parent or legal guardian.

Conduct & Disqualification

1. Any rider found using unfair means, tampering with track markers, or displaying dangerous or unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified without refund.
2. Decisions of the race marshals and organising committee on timing, penalties and results are final and binding.

Media & Data

1. By registering, riders consent to being photographed/filmed during the event, and to Motofy Arena using such media for promotional purposes without separate compensation.
2. Personal information shared here is used solely for event registration, safety and communication purposes.
