₹1,000 registration plus a 2% earnest money deposit are payable with the bid; the deposit is refunded in full to every unsuccessful bidder by 10 December.
The work order leaves roughly six weeks to the event. Bid only if you can hold capacity for 22–27 January alongside your other bookings — a bid withdrawn in January forfeits the security deposit.

Open to firms from any state in India. A firm may bid in more than one category — each category needs its own registration and its own ₹1,000.

Terms and conditions
  1. Registration fee ₹1,000 per category. Non-refundable, whether or not the bid succeeds.
  2. Earnest money deposit — 2% of your quoted value, payable with the bid. A bid submitted without it is not entered into the comparison.
  3. Refund. Unsuccessful bidders are refunded in full by 10 December 2026, to the UPI ID given with the bid. The deposit of the successful bidder is retained as security and returned in full after satisfactory completion of the work. The deposit carries no interest.
  4. Your bid is confidential. No other bidder can see your rate, your firm name or your documents at any stage. Bids are visible only to the organiser's tender committee, and the award is announced after the closing date.
  5. Eligibility is checked before price. Bids are first assessed on experience, capacity and documents. The lowest bid among those found eligible is awarded the work — not simply the lowest bid received.
  6. Payment is released only after the service has been received to the organiser's satisfaction.
  7. Quoted rates must be inclusive of GST, transport, labour, installation and removal unless the bid states otherwise.
  8. Firms from outside Rajasthan are welcome. An outstation bidder must include freight to Jaipur and the travel, lodging and food of its own crew inside the quoted rate — these cannot be claimed later. Nearest railhead Jaipur Junction; nearest airport Jaipur (JAI).
  9. Withdrawal. A bid withdrawn after the work order forfeits the security deposit in full, because a replacement vendor cannot be arranged at six weeks' notice. Satisfy yourself about your January capacity before you bid.
  10. The organiser may accept or reject any or all bids without assigning a reason.
