ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to bikerbuddy24.com and to the training, events and championships run by Motofy Arena, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India — including the Speed Orion Cup. By using this website, entering an event or buying a ticket, you accept these terms.

MOTORSPORT CARRIES REAL RISK

• Every rider must sign the event's own entry and liability documents before riding. Those documents, and the event regulations, take precedence over anything summarised here.
• Protective equipment is mandatory as specified in the event regulations. Riders who do not meet the equipment or scrutineering requirements will not be permitted on track.
• Officials and marshals may stop, exclude or disqualify any rider on safety grounds at any time. Their decision on the day is final.
• Spectators must stay in designated areas and follow the instructions of marshals at all times.

ENTRIES AND ELIGIBILITY

• Entry details must be accurate and complete. Entries go directly onto the official list, and a false declaration — of age, class, machine or experience — may lead to exclusion without refund.
• Riders must meet the class requirements for the category entered, including machine capacity.
• Class selection is the rider's own choice. We do not move a rider to another class on the basis of experience, skill or past results, and objections raised by other riders or teams against a rider's chosen class will not be entertained.
• Riders under 18 must be entered by a parent or legal guardian, who must be contactable and, where the regulations require it, present at the event.
• Where a licence or federation membership is required for a class, it is the rider's responsibility to hold it.
• We may refuse or withdraw an entry where safety, eligibility or conduct requires it.

RIDER AUCTION CUM SPONSORSHIP AND PRIZE MONEY

• No guarantee of selection. Registration makes a rider eligible to be presented in the Rider Auction cum Sponsorship; it does not guarantee that the rider will be selected. Whether a rider is picked, and at what amount, depends entirely on the participating brands.
• If no brand sponsors a rider, the rider's entry remains valid and the rider competes independently, on their own account, under the same rules as every other rider.
• Deductions. All cash prizes and all amounts arising from the Rider Auction cum Sponsorship are paid after deduction of applicable taxes (including TDS under the Income Tax Act, 1961) and the event fund contribution. Total deductions may be up to, and will not exceed, 50% of the gross amount; the rider receives the net amount.
• Payouts are made after the event to the rider's own bank account, against a valid PAN and bank details. For riders under 18, payment is made to the parent or legal guardian.

TICKETS AND PASSES

• A pass is issued once a booking is confirmed as paid, and admits the number of people stated on it.
• Each pass is valid for a single admission. Once scanned at the gate it cannot be used again.
• Do not share a photograph of your pass publicly — whoever presents the code first may be admitted in your place.
• Passes are personal to the buyer and are not for resale.
• If we cancel an event, we will contact ticket holders using the phone number or email given at booking and arrange a refund or transfer to the rescheduled date.
• For any other refund or transfer request, write to us at motofyjpr@gmail.com — each request is considered on its own facts.
• Prices, tiers and deadlines are as shown on the ticket page at the time of purchase.

PARTNERSHIPS AND SPONSORSHIP

Partnership options shown on this website are an invitation to discuss, not a binding offer. Any association is agreed in writing between Motofy Arena and the partner, and the agreed document sets out exactly what each side provides. Use of a partner's name or logo, and of ours, is limited to what that agreement permits.

PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND MEDIA

Our events are photographed and filmed, and the footage is published on this website, our social media and our YouTube channel. By entering or attending, you agree that you may appear in that material. If you would rather not, write to us and we will remove what we control — see our Privacy Policy.

USING THIS WEBSITE

• The text, images, video, logos and design on this site belong to Motofy Arena or to the people we license them from. Please do not copy or republish them without permission.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to this site or its systems.
• Do not submit false information through our forms, or use them to send unsolicited marketing.
• We may change or remove content on this site at any time.

ACCURACY, AND THINGS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We try to keep dates, classes, prices and event details accurate and up to date. Schedules in motorsport do change — for weather, track condition, safety or reasons beyond our control — and we may alter or postpone an event where we need to. The current information on this website and the official event regulations are what apply.

LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, and other than for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, Motofy Arena is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this website, from attendance at a venue, or from participation in an event, where that loss arises from the inherent risks of motorsport, from a rider's own conduct, or from failure to follow event regulations and the instructions of officials.

Riders and attendees are responsible for their own machines, equipment and belongings.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page at the time you use the site or enter an event is the one that applies.
