This website, bikerbuddy24.com, is operated by Motofy Arena, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. We run motorsport training and events, including the Speed Orion Cup motocross championship, and activities associated with FMAAS (Federation of Motor Adventure & Aviation Sport).

WHAT WE COLLECT, AND WHY
We only collect information that you give us yourself, through a form on this site or by messaging us. We do not buy personal data and we do not collect it from third parties.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO
- We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
- We do not rent or trade mailing lists.
- We do not collect payment card details on this website. Where a payment is taken, it happens through the payment provider's own page, and we never see or store your card number.
- We do not ask for, or store, your passwords for any other service.
WHO ELSE SEES YOUR INFORMATION
Only where it is necessary to run the event or the website:
- Event officials, marshals and timing staff — rider entry details, so races can be run and results recorded.
- FMAAS — where a rider's entry or membership requires it.
- Our hosting provider (Hostinger) — which stores this website and its data on our behalf.
- Google — we use Google Sheets and Google Drive to keep our own operational records, including entry and booking lists.
- Payment provider — if and when you pay for a ticket, on their own secure page.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO AT OUR EVENTS
Motorsport events are photographed and filmed. If you attend or compete, you may appear in photographs, video and live coverage which we publish on this website and on our social media and YouTube channels, and which our partners may use in event-related material.
If you would prefer not to appear, tell us in writing at motofyjpr@gmail.com and we will remove the material we control as soon as we reasonably can.
OUR USE OF GOOGLE SERVICES
We use software of our own that connects to our own Google account to run our publishing and record-keeping — Google Sheets for entry and content records, Google Drive for our media files, and YouTube for uploading our own event videos to our own channel.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
- Rider entries and results — kept as part of the championship record, since results and race history matter to riders over time.
- Ticket bookings — kept for the season, then only in summary form for accounting.
- Enquiries and messages — kept while we are in contact, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us.
YOUR CHOICES
Write to motofyjpr@gmail.com from the email address you gave us, or message +91 78499 97899, and you can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information, where we are not required to keep it as part of an official race record;
- stop sending you messages — if we ever email you and you reply asking us to stop, we will not write again.
CHILDREN
We run a Kids MX class, so we do knowingly collect information about riders under 18. Entries for a rider under 18 must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who provides the details and gives consent. A parent or guardian may contact us at any time to see, correct or withdraw that information.
SECURITY
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to our records is limited to people who need it to run the event. No system can be promised to be perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care, and we do not keep information we do not need.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
