When you tuck into that pocket, aerodynamic drag on your machine drops significantly, allowing you to carry higher speed with the same throttle input. Timing your exit from the slipstream is critical. Stay tucked until you've built enough speed differential, then pull out smoothly to one side as you approach the braking marker.
